The “Tre Fontane” Alzheimer Day Care Centre is an open service, integrated within the community, aimed at supporting people with cognitive impairment so that they can remain in their own homes for as long as possible.

Guests are offered a variety of activities and workshops which, of course, take into account the individual care plan and the personal interests and inclinations of each person. Respect for each individual’s pace and way of being — which, despite the illness, remains clearly defined and reflects the personal story they have lived — is a fundamental principle at every stage of the care process.

Healthcare-related activities are entrusted to staff from ASL RM 2, who collaborate with the personnel working within the facility. Guests undergo regular medical assessments and health monitoring.
