REVENUE

What most calls us to account is not so much our turnover volumes—although significant and now exceeding EUR 600 million—as the responsibility and honour of ensuring employment for over 16,000 people: worker-members, employees and collaborators who bring passion and professionalism to their work every day.

VISION

Through our consortium members, we contribute to people’s wellbeing by promoting employment continuity and safeguarding the sustainable development of our activities. The Consortium’s commitment is aimed at achieving a constant balance between economic growth, respect for the environment and social responsibility.

MISSION

Every day, we provide essential services to the enterprises participating in the Consortium that operate in collective catering, global service, social care services, social and healthcare services, as well as infrastructure and construction, serving both public and private entities. Our activity, driven by sustainability and innovation, aims to create economies of scale and synergies among the consortium members.

SUSTAINABILITY

Our mission is founded on three core values:

  1. Promoting sustainable development models – We are committed to encouraging responsible and informed consumption, contributing to the dissemination of sustainable practices.

  2. Transparency, loyalty and fairness – We adopt an ethical approach to the market, ensuring commercial relationships based on trust and integrity.

  3. Enhancing human resources – We regard our staff as a fundamental and decisive “asset”, consistently promoting training and skills development.

Within this context, we promote education in solidarity and responsible consumption, making it one of our day-to-day objectives. Our ethical policy governs the rights, duties and responsibilities we assume towards our stakeholders, ensuring respect for human rights and working conditions. In this way, our daily activity becomes a tool for aggregation, socialisation, wellbeing and education, drawing inspiration from models of conscious consumption.

We have placed at the heart of our strategy the development of policies focused on perceived quality, corporate social responsibility and environmental protection. Our Top Management has adopted an approach grounded in solid ethical values, recognising our obligations towards all parties involved, both internal and external to our organisation.

TERRITORIAL PRESENCE
With over 1,000 production and service sites, we ensure efficient nationwide coverage, maintaining high standards and providing timely responses to our clients’ needs.

We aim to reduce distances with those who choose our services, with a view to efficiency, prompt intervention and mutual sustainability.
