Whistleblowing: Reporting of Violations

La Cascina S.C.p.A. and its subsidiaries (Vivenda S.p.A., La Cascina Costruzioni S.r.l.) and Coop. Soc. Medihospes Onlus make available to all their employees, collaborators, consultants and other stakeholders a Platform (“whistleblowing”) through which to report facts or factual circumstances that may be useful in establishing the possible commission of violations falling within the objective scope of application of Legislative Decree 24/2023.

Such violations may consist of unlawful conduct relevant under Legislative Decree 231/2001, the 231 Model, the Code of Ethics, internal regulations, whether corporate or Group-wide, as well as European legislation as indicated in Legislative Decree no. 24/2023.

The person making the report must refer to facts of which they have become aware within their work-related context.

In compliance with Legislative Decree 24/2023 on whistleblowing, La Cascina S.C.p.A., its subsidiaries and Coop. Soc. Medihospes Onlus ensure the confidentiality of the identity of the Reporting Person and guarantee protection against any retaliatory action or discriminatory conduct resulting from the Report.

In summary, the policy provides for:

All those who hold representative, administrative or managerial roles, or who exercise—also de facto—the management and control of the company’s activities, all employees regardless of their contractual classification, those who cooperate and collaborate with the Group’s companies—in any capacity—in pursuing their objectives and, more generally, anyone who has relations with them also by virtue of different legal relationships (e.g. suppliers, consultants, collaborators, partners, candidates, former employees, etc.).

Violations of national or European Union legal provisions, or internal regulations, of which the reporting person has become aware in a public or private work-related context. In any case, any report submitted through the reporting channels provided for in this policy will be taken into consideration within the limits of its relevance and verifiability.

Complaints, claims or requests relating to a personal interest that concern exclusively the individual’s own employment relationship or public employment, or that relate to their employment relationship with hierarchically superior figures.

    which allows reports to be submitted in writing. This tool provides the highest level of confidentiality for the Reporting Person;

  • An oral channel, by calling 0672996220, which will allow an appointment to be arranged in order to submit the report orally.

The Committee responsible for managing the internal reporting channels is identified as follows:

  • for La Cascina S.C.p.A.: the members of the OdV;

  • for Vivenda S.p.A.: the members of the OdV;

  • for La Cascina Costruzioni S.r.l.: the members of the OdV and the Head of the Legal Office.

The confidentiality of the identity of the Reporting Person is always guaranteed. The Reporting Person is also expressly required to provide consent for the communication of their report to third parties other than the designated handlers, for the purpose of investigating the report.

The Reporting Person is protected against any retaliatory measures that may be adopted.
