What happens after you request assistance?

Once we have received the request, we follow these steps:

Collection of the request and assessment of the patient’s needs
Contact with the Medico di Medicina Generale or other healthcare contacts (hospital doctor, specialist, social worker)
Definition of the Individual Care Plan (PAI), tailored to the patient’s condition and needs
Coordination with caregivers to ensure integrated and continuous support
Deployment to the home of the required healthcare professionals, including doctors, nurses, physiotherapists and healthcare assistants

The entire care process is managed through an advanced digital system that ensures:

Real-time recording of care activities
Ongoing monitoring of the care delivered
Direct connection with the Lazio Regional Health Service for the secure transmission of data
